Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using TAP&GO, you agree to these terms. If you are using TAP&GO on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• A card's handle must not impersonate another person or organization, and reserved words (such as admin or api) are not available.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use TAP&GO.

3. Your content & ownership

You own everything you publish on TAP&GO — your card content, photos, and links. By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content so we can operate the service (for example, serving your card at its public URL).

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, including any photos, logos, and links you add to a card.

4. Public cards

Cards exist to be shared. Everything on a card you create is visible to anyone who opens its public URL and can be indexed by search engines — there is no browse or search directory, cards are reached only via their direct link or QR code. You can edit or delete a card at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Publish content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authorship of content.
• Upload malware or use the platform to distribute harmful code.
• Scrape, spam, or abuse the platform's APIs and public pages beyond reasonable use.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or non-public data.

6. Teams & organizations

Organizations using TAP&GO to issue cards to their staff are responsible for obtaining any consent required from those staff and for the accuracy of information published on their cards.

7. TAP&GO's intellectual property

The TAP&GO name, logo, design, and platform code are ours. These terms don't grant you any right to use them outside of normal use of the service.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your public content is removed from the platform.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

TAP&GO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of content published by other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAP&GO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
